Add one local sentence so your MP knows this matters in your electorate.

Keep it simple - one sentence is enough. For example:

  • “In [ELECTORATE], I’m seeing discharge delays because patients aren't being discharged quickly.”
  • “In [ELECTORATE], families are waiting too long for early childhood supports, especially outside metro areas.”
  • “In [ELECTORATE], return-to-work plans are delayed due to GP appointment bottlenecks for ongoing certificates.”

Optional: mention your setting (e.g., hospital, community, paediatrics, WorkCover) — please do not include any client details.

You can delete any sections of the draft email that aren’t relevant to you.
